Stanegate Restorations and Replicas welcome visitors but because of the nature of our business regret this must be by appointment only.
There is easy access to our premises in Hadrian Enterprise Park, Haltwhistle as it is just a few hundred yards of good quality road to the main A69 Newcastle to Carlisle trunk road. It is also close to public transport with bus stops and Haltwhistle Station, on the Newcastle to Carlisle railway, only a few minutes walk away.
DIRECTIONS: by road
1: From the West: From the M6, take the A69 towards Hexham and Newcastle. Continue past the first junction with the B6322 signed Haltwhistle, and at the roundabout take the first exit, (towards Kilfrost) then turn right into the green gates, and Unit K1 is the grey painted building on the far side of the open area in front of you.
2: From the East: From Newcastle, take the A69 towards Hexham and Carlisle. Continue past the first junction with the B6322 signed Haltwhistle, and at the roundabout take the second exit, (towards Kilfrost) then turn right into the green gates, and Unit K1 is the grey painted building on the far side of the open area in front of you.
Since March 2009, this roundabout, which has been inserted into the A69, allows a more direct route onto the Hadrian Enterprise Park, which avoids the bridge under the railway. Very useful for larger loads.
